Delivery is free within Germany.
The shipping costs abroad can be seen with the respective product. If you order several items, you only pay the shipping costs once. As a rule, you have to reckon with a surcharge of between EUR 5.99 and EUR 12.99.
Delivery/Delivery time
If you place your order by 12 p.m. on weekdays, we will notify the shipping service provider of this on the same day. You will receive your delivery in Germany within 2-3 working days after receipt of your order. For international deliveries, the details on throughput times can be found in the following link: DHL throughput times
shipment tracking
As soon as your package has been handed over to a forwarding agent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number at your stored email address. You can use the link contained in the email to track the shipment or enter the shipment number directly on the homepage of the respective shipping company. Small packages are excluded from shipment tracking.
Customs and import duties
No additional fees are required in Europe. Outside Europe, no additional fees are usually charged.
HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE:
You are responsible for ensuring that your order can be legally imported into your destination country. You should know the laws and regulations of the destination country. To assist you with importation, we will mark shipments as gifts unless you specify otherwise. This can avoid being charged customs duties and import fees. Should customs duties or fees nevertheless become due, the forwarding agent may only deliver your order once you have paid this amount. Please check with the customs authorities in your destination country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT PAY DUTIES OR IMPORT DUTY?
In this case your order can be destroyed at the customs office. Since we have no control and no influence over this, we reserve the right not to reimburse you for the costs, fees, purchase price, etc. incurred.
