You can return your item 30 days after receipt. Please send us the item, together with the invoice, unused and undamaged in protected packaging to the following address:

Please frank your package sufficiently and use the shipment tracking service. This way we can track where your return is at the moment. This also counts as proof of posting.

It is very important to us that you get your purchase price back as soon as possible. Your return will be checked immediately upon arrival. Depending on the payment method you have chosen, you should usually receive the refund within 2-6 working days after we have received the returned item.
